The Practitioner

For over twenty years I've worked with performers who live and die by their ability to deliver on demand — athletes at national championships, teams in league finals, and executives navigating the sharpest end of business.

My practice sits at the intersection of applied sport psychology and performance coaching. It's grounded in evidence, sharpened by decades of practical experience across sports and settings, and delivered one-to-one with the discretion and rigour that high performers demand.

I believe mental performance is a craft — not a magic bullet. The athletes and leaders I work with come away with a genuine toolkit, an honest understanding of their own psychology, and the frame of mind to compete on their terms.

Philosophy

What I believe about performance.

Belief 01
Evidence first.

Every technique I teach and use can be traced to peer-reviewed research or hard-won practical experience — not fashion or intuition.

Belief 02
Bespoke always.

No two athletes are the same. Every programme is designed around the individual's sport, context, personality and competitive rhythm.

Belief 03
Discretion assumed.

What happens in the room stays in the room. Complete confidentiality is the foundation of every engagement I take on.

Work together

Every engagement begins with a conversation.
